Why did Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn wait so long to announce they are a couple? Word has it that Lindsey was dating another athlete with a tarnished image and she couldn't choose between the two men. Tiger, of course, won her over. And the loser was none other than Kris Humphries.
According to Us Weekly, Tiger was romancing Lindsey while she was still dating Kim Kardashian’s estranged husband, and when she finally dumped the baller she went public with her relationship with the golfer. A source explains that Kris and Lindsey "are both from Minnesota, so they had a lot to talk about," but they never got physical.
Ashley Judd won't be running for Senate in Kentucky.
She made the announcement via Twitter, writing, "After serious and thorough contemplation, I realize that my responsibilities and energy at this time need to be focused on my family."
A source close to the actess said that Secretary of State Allison Lundergan Grimes’s interest in running made the decision not to run easier. “The timing just wasn’t right,” the insider added.
Ashley's potential candidacy against Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell drew national headlines, and several attacks from Republicans.
It's not all bad news at the Today show.
Sunday anchor Jenna Wolfe publicly came out today (Wednesday) and announced that she and her partner Stephanie Gosk are having a baby. Jenna said she and Stephanie, a foreign correspondent at NBC, have been together three years, plan to wed and embarked on “Operation Baby” in December.
Jenna, who underwent artificial insemination with an anonymous donor, writes in the debut post for her new pregnancy blog that they are expecting a baby girl the end of August. She tells People magazine, "This is the most exciting thing that has ever happened to us. But I don’t want to bring my daughter into a world where I’m not comfortable telling everyone who I am and who her mother is."
