NIQ: About 10% of people have not done this in the past month. What is it?
Unlike most kid stars, Emma Watson was in no rush to be an adult. In an interview with W magazine, the 23-year-old actress says, "I never wanted to grow up too fast. I wanted to wear a sports bra until I was 22!" And unlike many actresses, Emma has no desire to top Maxim's Hot 100 list. She says, "The allure of being sexy never really held any excitement for me. I've never been in a terrible rush to be seen as a woman." Emma next stars in The Bling Ring, based on the true story of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch.
The NFL doesn't want Chad Johnson, but police in Florida do. An arrest warrant has been issued for the former NFL star in Broward County after he allegedly violated his probation by not visiting his probation officer. The probation stems from his domestic violence conviction involving then-wife Evelyn Lozada last year when he was accused of head-butting her during an altercation in a vehicle. After his arrest, the Dolphins cut him, and Chad hasn't played in the NFL since. SOURCE: TMZ
David Beckham won't be bending it for much longer. The soccer star is set to retire at the end of the season. The 38-year-old is ending his career with Paris St.-Germain, having just clinched the French league championship. He's also won championships in England with Manchester United, in Spain with Real Madrid and in the U.S. with the Los Angeles Galaxy. In a statement, Becks says, "I owe everything to Victoria and the kids, who have given me the inspiration and support to play at the highest level for such a long period... I'm fortunate to have realized those dreams." Source: CNN
Now you can own a little piece of history -- the bikini that Farrah Abraham wore for the cover shoot of her porn video. Vivid Entertainment has put the item up on eBay with a minimum bid of $500. As of this morning (Thursday), there's one taker. The item is listed as "used," and TMZ reports that this means it hasn't been washed since Farrah wore it for the shoot. There's apparently residue from her fake tan and glitter from her body lotion. Bidding ends just before midnight on Wednesday.
NIQ: The average woman devotes 5 minutes a day to this, but the average guy takes a little more thank twice as long. What is it?
Not much of a shocker -- Us Weekly is reporting that Nicki Minaj will not return to American Idol next season.
An insider tells the magazine that she'll be focusing on her next album, touring and endorsements. "It's safe to say she isn't coming back to Idol. She's okay with it. She had a great time but was only going to do one season, anyway."
That one season was plagued by low ratings and a bitter feud between Nicki and Mariah Carey.
Now it looks like producers will be on the hunt for three new judges. Randy Jackson recently announced that he's leaving the show after 12 seasons. Mariah hasn't commented on her future with Idol, but she's said to be planning a world tour. Keith Urban is the only definite return for next season.
Angelina Jolie isn't done going under the knife.
After revealing that she had a double mastectomy, Angelina says she's also planning to have her ovaries removed. The same faulty gene that put her at risk for breast cancer also gives her a roughly 50 percent chance of developing ovarian cancer.
According to People magazine, she's had no complications since the surgery in February or her reconstructive procedure last month.
She's always happy to toast, but there will be no roast. Lindsay Lohan is refusing to be the subject of Comedy Central's next Celebrity Roast.
Celebrity roastmaster Jeff Ross tells TMZ that Linds turned down his offer, despite the potential for positive PR through a little self-deprecation. But he adds that he has plenty of other candidates.
Jaden Smith has no plans to be emancipated -- not while he can still mooch off his old man.
Jaden set the record straight on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Wednesday, saying, "See, here's the thing that you need to understand: I'm not going anywhere. The thing that people don't get is everything at this house is free! So I can get anything and everything at his house, so I'm going to be there 20, 30 more years."
Will Smith, who was also on Ellen, explained that he was joking when he said he was going to emancipate his son for his 15th birthday.
Jaden also joked that his father said he can move out only when he becomes a huge success. ''He says as soon as I have a movie that's bigger than one of his movies, I can get my own house.''
The father and son duo co-star in the upcoming sci-fi flick After Earth.
