I think this is just SUPER COOL.  Here is Commander Chris Hadfield covering Space Oddity from the International Space Station.  I've always been amazed and awed by space and watching this video just makes it even more intriguing.

Best advice my mother has ever given me?  People are going to judge you no matter what you choose so make the best decision you can and never look back in regret.

I've been amazed at this story in Cleveland of the three girls being held hostage for years on end.  One of the best parts is Charles Ramsey, the unlikely rescuer of the girls.  His interview you may have seen but songified?  Yup, this is even more awesome than you can imagine right now.

I've thought a lot about the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing and how that could and would impact them mentally.  I absolutely love this video from veterans made to give them hope.  I got a little teary when watching it.

Animals fascinate me.  I wonder how my dog Buddy can be so simple to chase a ball I throw 500 times and still want it once more and yet still understand when I am sad and snuggle up next to me.  They have their own thoughts and feelings I suppose, they just can't say what they are.

Giraffes have always been one of my favorite animals at the zoo.  The shape of their bodies is just....different.  And I guess being a tall girl, I liked the animals that looked tall and magestic.  Ever wonder what they do in their spare time?  Diving, apparently.
